Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to mainland Spain.

Orders are prepared and processed within an estimated 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the dispatch of the order, depending on the courier company and the delivery address.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

Shipping may be free on orders of 2 units and above, and on selected bundles/promotions, whenever this is clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, whenever available.

Please check that the shipping address is correct before confirming the order. Shotwise is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside Shotwise’s control, such as logistics issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
